In the drive, children below two years of age, pregnant women and seriously ill people have been kept away. Medicines are being given to all people above two years of age. On the first day, apart from schools and colleges, medicines were distributed door-to-door. This drive will continue till August 19. Preparations have been made to ensure that no one is deprived of taking the dose of medicine. All areas have been included in this. Anganwadi and Asha workers have been given the task of distributing medicines door-to-door in all areas. ADM Ashutosh Kulkarni also appeals to continue taking medicines as part of this campaign, to avoid any possible danger of filariasis.

Rajgangpur Municipality Adarsh Vidyalaya Bagicha Para launched a mass drug consumption programme.
