Big news is coming out amid the ongoing political speculations about former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren. CM Soren has left for Delhi. According to sources, Champai Soren is in constant touch with Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and 6 MLAs are also coming to Delhi with him. The JMM leadership is unable to contact all these MLAs. It is being said that all these MLAs can also join the BJP.

According to sources, the JMM MLAs who are unable to be contacted by the leadership include Dashrath Gagrai, Ramdas Soren, Chamra Linda, Lobin Hembram, Samir Mohanty.

Champai stayed in Kolkata

According to sources, Champai Soren was staying at a hotel in Kolkata last night where he also met BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari. He left for Delhi by this morning’s flight. He took off on a morning flight with his personal staff. There is speculation that he may also meet top leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party during his Delhi visit.

According to sources, there is a possibility of him leaving Kolkata for Assam. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma is in charge of Jharkhand.

Champai Soren resigned in July

Let us tell you that Champai Soren resigned from the post of Chief Minister in Jharkhand last month in July. After this, former CM Hemant Soren staked claim to form the government and Hemant Soren once again became the CM of Jharkhand. Champai Soren was the Chief Minister of Jharkhand from 2 February 2024 to 3 July 2024 and remained the seventh CM of the state. Champai Soren is counted among the senior leaders of JMM.

Champai Soren is a seven-time MLA. He has been continuously representing the Saraikela assembly constituency since 2005. He became an MLA from Saraikela seat for the first time in 1991. Hemant Soren also made Champai Soren a cabinet minister in 2019. He was given the responsibility of Transport, Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Welfare.
