Ganesh Visarjan 2024: On September 7th, Ganesh Chaturthi It is celebrated across the country with the installation of idols of Lord Ganesha. This day marks the beginning of the ten-day Ganesha festival. On Anant Chaturdashi, Lord Ganesha is bid farewell and the idols are immersed in water.

But as the roads are closed, it is best to take a train to Grant Road and start the trek towards Girgaon Chowpatty to soak up the true essence.
