SM Madhubala Kumari said these things at a programme organised by Dr Prabhat Das Foundation at Vidyapati High School on the eve of Teachers’ Day. She said that it is important to become modern not with clothes but with thoughts. There should be a nice debate between teacher and disciple. On the guru-disciple relationship in the modern era, teacher Ajay Paswan said that there has been a massive change in the education system. Education has become better than before. Earlier there were guru-disciples, whereas today there are teachers and students. With the modern education system friendly relations are being established between teachers and students. Sunil Kumar said that the guru-disciple relationship has been sacred and sweet. The Guru wants to make every disciple worthy.
Dhanalakshmi came first in the competition:
Earlier, 42 students of class 9 and 10 participated in the speech competition. Dhanalakshmi Kumari, a student of class 10, was declared the best for her best presentation on the topic. Shivam Kumar of class 9 got the second position and Bhavpreeta Kumari of class 10 got the third position. Sadiq Hussain, Anandi Kumari, Swati Kumari, Rajnandani Kumari, Divyanjali Kumari, Khushi Kumari, Prerna Kumari, Amrita Kumari, Deepali Kumari, Aditya Raj Mishra, Pushkar Kumar and Kanchan Kumari were awarded from fourth to seventeenth position. The decisive teachers were Pradeep Kumar and Uday Kumar. Teachers Dilip Kumar, Anjali Kumari, Seema Paswan, Manisha Bharti, Shabana Anjum, Shamim Ahmed, Shakti Kumari etc. were present on the occasion. The operation was conducted by Anil Singh of the Foundation.
