HCL Tech Q2 FY25 Results: HCL Technologies on Tuesday announced that it will declare its results for the July-September quarter of fiscal year 2024-25 (Q2FY25) on Monday, October 14, 2024. India’s third-largest information technology (IT) software and services company also announced that the board will consider paying its third interim dividend for FY25 on the same day. The record date for the interim dividend has been fixed for Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
”We would like to inform you that a meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors has been scheduled for Monday, October 14, 2024, to consider, among others:
1) Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2024.
2) Payment of the third dividend on account for the 2024-25 financial year.
“The record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders to the payment of the aforementioned interim dividend shall be October 22, 2024, subject to the approval of the interim dividend by the Board of Directors,” HCL Tech said in its regulatory filing to the stock exchanges on September 17.
