A student of IIT KharagpurGuha will lead the company’s R&D initiatives and product formulations across Honasa’s portfolio of brands, including AqualogicaHe DermaCo, Bluntdr sheath‘sy Staze.
Guha previously worked with personal care brands Marico and L’oreal. In his last stint, he was with Nat Habit, the ayurveda-focused brand backed by Fireside Ventures.
Commenting on the appointment, Honasa Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer Ghazal Alagh said: “We are delighted to welcome Dr. Kaustav Guha from Honasa Consumer. “His extensive experience and expertise will be instrumental as we develop the next generation of skin care solutions for our consumers.”
The development comes hot on the heels of Gurugram-based company’s acquisition of CosmoGenesis Labs, which it purchased to focus more on its research capabilities.
