Hyderabad-based FinOps automation startup Bluecopa raises $1.8 million

Hyderabad-based AI-powered financial operations automation (FinOps) startup Bluecopa has raised $1.8 million in a pre-Series A round funds round co-led by Blume CompaniesDallas Venture Capital and Venture Catalysts.

The startup plans to use the capital raised to expand its market reach, improve AI capabilities and advance product development.

Focus on AI and FinOps automation

Founded in 2021, Bluecopa has created an online platform that leverages artificial intelligence and data analytics to enable finance teams, particularly the CFO’s office, to automate and streamline their financial processes.

The startup offers a one-stop solution for modern finance teams. Its AI-powered cloud-native platform provides a unified solution for finance teams, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.

The platform is designed for industries such as e-commerce, financial services, travel, logistics and gaming, which require robust financial operations solutions.

Industry experience and strategic support

Bluecopa’s leadership team, including co-founders Nilotpal Chanda, Raghavendra Reddy and Satya Prakash Buddhavarapu, brings deep industry experience.

It is noteworthy that Buddhavarapu’s previous company, Tuplejump, a machine learning company, was acquired by Apple in 2016. The team’s expertise is seen as a major asset in delivering innovative solutions to finance teams around the world.
