A dissatisfied customer took to the Internet to share a mix-up with his online order.

User X shared that he placed an order for men’s underwear on Blinkit, but received women’s bikini briefs instead.

Despite reporting the issue, she claimed that Blinkit’s help centre refused to provide a solution. Her post read: “Hi @letsblinkit, what is this? I ordered Jockey men’s underwear and you sent me this. How can I return it? I reported it to your help centre but still no return or refund has been made.”

This post garnered over 3.2 million views. However, hours later, another post by the man left netizens amused and stunned. He shared a photo of himself trying on the women’s underwear he received and wrote: “Update: Blinkit refused to refund my money so I settled.”

The funny post sparked a variety of reactions:

“This has to be the funniest post today,” one user commented. Another said: “I think the guy who packaged it thought you were a woman (as your name is confusing) and deliberately packaged women’s underwear.”

Meanwhile, some users pointed out that Blinkit does not have a return policy for certain items, with one user writing: “They don’t have a system for refunds or returns.”

Another person wrote: “Bro, underwear can’t be returned. You can give it to someone, or the best option would be to find a girl who fits it and marry her. At least you won’t waste money.”

Blinkit has yet to respond to the viral post, but most retailers have a “no return” policy for underwear.
