IBPS PO, SO 2024: The application window has been extended for the recruitment examinations of Probationary Officers and Specialist Officers conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).IBPS Purchase Order, SO 2024) will close today, August 28. Eligible candidates can submit their application forms at ibps.in.
Previously, the application deadline was August 21. In the notification of extension of the application deadline, the institute mentioned that all other conditions for the exam will remain unchanged.
IBPS Agenda 2024 is being conducted for 4,455 vacancies for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees and IBPS SO It is for 884 vacancies for officer scale 1.
The notification notices for IBPS PO and SO Preliminary exams will be issued in October. The PO Preliminary exam is tentatively scheduled in October and the SO Preliminary exam in November. The result of IBPS PO Preliminary exam will be announced in October or November and the result of IBPS SO Preliminary exam will be announced in November/December.

Candidates who are at least 20 years of age but not more than 30 years of age on 1st August 2024 are eligible to apply for the IBPS PO and SO. The upper age limit is flexible in case of reserved category candidates.
Graduates (from any discipline) are eligible to apply for the IBPS Post Graduate post. The educational qualification requirements for the IBPS Post Graduate post vary from post to post.
The application fee is ₹175 for SC, ST and PwD and is ₹850 for all other candidates.
