In Bihar, counselling of teachers who have passed the competency test continues; there is a spelling error in the names of 317 teachers.

Bihar Teachers News: In Patna district of Bihar, counselling of teachers who passed the competency test, which began on August 1, is continuing. During the counselling, more than five hundred teachers were suspended on technical grounds. Counselling of teachers involved in No Found will be conducted again. A separate date will be issued for this.

According to the District Education Office, most of the missing candidates include those teacher candidates whose names have spelling errors. This includes 317 teachers. The original documents of all these teachers are being verified.

Teachers will be investigated for this error

Counselling of district-level competency clearance teachers will continue till September 13. District Programme Officer (Establishment) Rajkamal said that if there is an error in the names of teachers while filling the form, then it can be corrected. If there is a complaint of change in the name mentioned in Matriculation, Intermediate, Aadhaar and other original documents, all of them will come under the purview of inquiry.

Investigation into missing teachers after September 13

The counselling of all teachers who have not been found for some reason will take place after September 13. More than six thousand teachers in the district will be counselled. Of these, counselling has been completed for about five thousand teachers. Counselling for the remaining teachers will end on September 13.
