After India Post invited recruitment for the posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS), now the candidates are waiting for the results. Let us tell you that the applications were done from July 15 to August 5. The merit list is expected to be uploaded on the India Post GDS Recruitment website i.e. indiapostgdsonline.gov.in and indiapostgdsonline.cept.gov.in. Let us tell you that for this recruitment there was no exam, only applications were done. Now after the application, a merit list will be prepared on the basis of 10th marks and the candidates will be shortlisted. Once the merit list comes, the verification of the candidates will take place, in which the documents of the candidates will be checked. There is no official date yet as to when the merit list will be released.
According to sources, this merit list may be released soon. Online applications have been invited for 44228 posts of Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS), BPM and ABPM. Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit an undertaking in the format given in Annexure IX.
For compiling the merit list, the 10th marksheet of the candidates will be displayed. India Post will release the merit list based on their 10th marks. Let us tell you that there will be recruitment in many states which include 2,718 posts in Rajasthan, 2,558 in Bihar, 4,588 in Uttar Pradesh, 1,338 in Chhattisgarh and 4,011 posts in Madhya Pradesh.
