Indian Railways speed set to increase, PM to flag off three new Vande Bharat trains today

Vande Bharat Express: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off three new Vande Bharat trains today at 12:30 pm via video conferencing. These include the Meerut-Lucknow Vande Bharat Express, the Madurai-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express and the Chennai-Nagercoil Vande Bharat Express.

1 Vande Bharat Train from Meerut-Lucknow City It will start its regular service from Lucknow on Sunday and from Meerut on Monday. It will run six days a week except Tuesdays. This train will stop at Moradabad and Bareilly. There are a total of eight coaches on it. 2 Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil Vande Bharat It will start from September 2. This train will run six days a week. It will not run on Wednesday. It will involve 16 coaches. Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil Vande Bharat will call at Chennai, Egmore, Tambaram, Villupuram, Tiruchirappalli, Dindigul, Madurai, Kovilpatti, Tirunelveli and Nagercoil Junction.3 Madurai-Bengaluru Cantt Vande Bharat This train will run six days a week. The train will not run on Tuesday. There will be 8 coaches in this train. It will stop at Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchirappalli, Karur, Namakkal, Salem, Krishnarajapurm, Bengaluru Cantt stations. Currently, Vande Bharat Express train is the fastest running train in India. Now the pace of Indian Railways is going to increase again with these three new Vande Bharat trains.

“These trains will usher in a new standard of rail service,” PMO

Vande Bharat Express train is the most modern and fastest train in India. Regarding this, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) issued a statement saying, “The introduction of these Vande Bharat Express trains will usher in a new standard of railway service to cater to the needs of regular passengers, professionals, businessmen and the student community.”
