Firstsource Solutions, a business process management company owned by the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, has partnered with the Satya Nadella-led tech giant Microsoft.

The partnership aims to deliver innovative digital transformation solutions using Microsoft Azure’s advanced AI capabilities, including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Language.

The company said the initiative focuses on boosting service offerings by driving operational efficiency and innovation across various industries through the use of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies.

Strategic use of Microsoft Azure AI

Firstsource plans to harness the power of Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service to create Generative AI-AI-based enterprise solutions and platforms. These solutions will provide businesses with a multimodal and multichannel search experience, enabling them to harness the full potential of enterprise data.

By doing so, businesses will benefit from increased efficiency, personalization and greater accessibility to data, enabling better decision-making and streamlined operations.

At Firstsource, we have cultivated a powerful network of industry-leading partners, allowing us to seamlessly integrate their capabilities, such as Azure OpenAI, with our own,” said Ritesh Idnani, CEO and General Manager of Firstsource Solutions.

“Collaborating with Microsoft allows us to offer customers the best of both worlds, where the combined value far exceeds the sum of its parts. Our goal is to leverage this network to solve complex challenges for our customers, providing them with solutions that are truly innovative and transformative,” added Idnani.

Improving employee and customer experiences

In addition to increasing operational efficiency, the partnership will also have a positive impact on employee and customer experiences.

Hasit Trivedi, Chief Digital Officer and AI Officer at Firstsource Solutions, said the strategic goal of this partnership is to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies and design smart solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
