Sunteck Realty Ltd. (up 3.13 percent), DLF Ltd. (up 1.43 percent), Godrej Properties Ltd. (up 0.85 percent), Phoenix Mills Ltd. (up 0.65 percent) and Sobha Ltd. (up 0.54 percent) were among the top gainers.
Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. (down 2.44 percent), Macrotech Developers Ltd. (down 2.09 percent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (down 0.89 percent) and Oberoi Realty Ltd. (down 0.31 percent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index remained stable at 0.0 percent at 1,050.25 at the time of writing this report.
The benchmark NSE Nifty50 index rose 134.55 points to settle at 24,707.2, while the BSE Sensex rose 444.52 points to settle at 80,869.2. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 41 were trading in the green and nine were in the red. Shares of Ola Electric Mobilit, Vodafone Idea, Zomato, Suzlon Energy and YES Bank were among the most traded on the NSE.
Shares of Vinny Overseas, Everest Kanto, Gokul Agro Resources, Awfis Space Solution and Kingfa Science Tech hit fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Mask Investments, Sumeet Ind, Usha Martin, Landmark Prop and Globe Textiles (India) hit fresh 52-week lows in today’s trade.
