Now, a new report says that while the company has sent joining letters to 2,000 new employees, around 700 campus employees are still waiting to receive their joining dates.

According to a report by Money Control, the new campus candidates whose joining dates are yet to be confirmed by the company were hired for various technical positions such as Systems Engineers (SE) and Digital Specialist Engineers (DSE). Out of these 700 new candidates, around 500 were hired for Systems Engineer positions in 2022 while the remaining 200 candidates were hired as Digital Specialist Engineers in the class of 2023. The DSE candidates were hired after passing the ‘HackWithInfy’ competition in 2022.

Completion of these modules is followed by an in-person competency assessment. Passing this assessment is a requirement to join the company.
