Infosys partners with Nvidia to deliver next-generation AI-based solutions to telecom companies

Information systems partners with Nvidia: Information systems has announced a partnership with Nvidia. As part of this partnership, the two companies will work together to develop generative AI-based solutions for telecom companies. Infosys said that Infosys Topaz will be its first AI-based product that will leverage generative AI to deliver services, solutions, and platforms to telecom companies.

 

“Through our collaboration with NVIDIA, we are poised to unlock cutting-edge enterprise AI capabilities, helping global organizations improve business efficiency. By integrating NVIDIA’s advanced AI technologies with Information systems “With Topaz, we aim to transform network service design, NOC operations and contact center capabilities,” Anand Swaminathan, executive vice president and global industry head for communications, media and technology at Infosys, said today.

For the uninitiated, Information systems Topaz is powered by four of Nvidia’s generative AI solutions. These include Nvidia’s NIM inference microservices that offer community-based AI models and APIs, Nvidia NeMo which is an end-to-end platform for developing custom generative AI models, Nvidia NeMo Guardrails that enables customization and deployment of domain-specific LLM models, and Nvidia Riva that can be used to build real-time conversational AI pipelines for real-time transcription and translation for call center agents. Simply put, Infosys Topaz is an amalgamation of all these solutions.

Information systems He said he has developed three generative AI solutions based on Infosys Topaz. These solutions are:

— TOSCA Network Service Design: Uses NVIDIA generative AI to create and customize TOSCA (Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications) templates to streamline the network service design process.

Information systems Cortex: A contact center transformation platform powered by generative AI, it creates realistic customer simulations so trainee agents can practice their skills in a fully immersive environment.

— An intelligent network operations center powered by Nvidia generative AI enables network engineers and network operations experts to troubleshoot issues faster and more accurately.

These solutions will increase efficiency and productivity and improve the overall contact center agent training experience by optimizing the end-to-end generative AI process and inference costs.
