JNU ONLINE ADMISSION: The online registration process for various undergraduate courses and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programmes of JNU has started. The last date for this process is tomorrow, 12th August 2024, at 11:50 PM. To apply for this programme, students need to visit the official website jnuee.jnu.ac.in. The estimated date of publication of the first merit list is 21st August 2024.
In the e-prospectus released by JNU on the official website, it is stated that admission to students of Bachelor of Foreign Language, Bachelor of Ayurveda Biology and COP programme will be done through CUET-UG 2024.
Eligibility of students for JNU online admission.
1. To get admission in the BA, B.Sc programme, the student must have secured at least 45 per cent marks in class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized board. The admission process will be primarily based on the CUET-UG scorecard conducted by the NTA.
2. For COP course, the student must have secured at least 45 percent marks in class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized board.
3. To access the BA, B.Sc and COP programmes, students must take an oral examination (Viva-Voce). The admission process will be carried out entirely by merit-based computer-based testing.
Documents required for JNU online admission-
1. Grade sheet for classes 10 and 12.
2. Birth Certificate
3. Passport size photograph
4. Scanned signature
5. Caste certificate (if applicable)
6. Diploma certificate (if applicable)
7. Scanned print of the thumb of the left hand.
How Students Apply for JNU Online Admission
1. First of all you need to go to the official website jnuee.jnu.ac.in.
2. After this, you need to click on the application link which is located on the home page.
3. Now you need to log in by entering your NTA roll number and date of birth as User ID and Password.
4. Now you must complete the application form and upload the documents.
5. Now carefully review your application form and then submit it.
6. Now download the confirmation page and print the application form for future use.
After filling the application form, students will also need to pay the fees. The undergraduate course fee is Rs 268 and the COP programme fee is Rs 219.
