Good news for all K-pop lovers as K-wave festival This year, it’s back in fashion in Mumbai and Bangalore. For the uninitiated, the festival is a celebration of K-pop, culture and food, showcasing the growing influence of Korean culture in India.
K-pop star Hiolyn will take over the stage at the Indian music festival. He will perform in Mumbai on October 18 and in Bangalore on October 20.
“Korean pop singer-songwriter Hyolyn is widely known as the former leader of the K-Pop girl group ‘SISTAR.’ She has consistently maintained a strong presence on the charts in Korea, Japan, and the United States since the 2010s, and her career has been on the rise as a solo artist, with an expanded range of talent to perform on variety shows and competitive reality shows, as well as television drama series,” the K-wave festival’s official Instagram profile wrote while sharing a photo of Hyolyn.
This will be Hyolyn’s second appearance after her special cameo at the K-pop India Competition in 2021. Here are all the details of the performance.

Additionally, Suho, the leader of the world-famous boy band EXO, will also be performing at the festival. Suho’s performance will mark his first appearance in India.
