The much-awaited wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant continue. On July 5, as their sangeet came into focus, we saw the B-town stars dazzling on the streets of Mumbai. Dressed in couture and high-end designs, the Bollywood beauties left no stone unturned as they arrived at Ambani’s pre-wedding event.
Among the glamorous bunch of beauties, we spotted two stunning beauties – Kiara Advani and Janhvi Kapoor. Both actresses looked absolutely stunning, but what caught our attention was their similar silhouettes. These two actresses brought the 90s mermaid silhouette back into fashion and stole our hearts. Kiara Advani dazzled in a conceptual Tarun Tahiliani sari
Looking dazzling like a million bucks in a pearl-studded pastel pink sari, Kiara Advani marked her presence at the Anant-Radhika Sangeet. The Shershaah diva posted a beautiful video on her social media in which she got all dolled up to attend the Ambani event in style.
Kiara looked absolutely stunning as she chose a dazzling structured concept saree from Tarun Tahiliani’s collection. The mermaid silhouette of the saree instantly reminded us of the 90s. The structured corset of the saree was an off-shoulder, wired bodice that gave it a sculpted look. It was enhanced with pearls of various sizes and accentuated the look.
While the draped saree concept featured a mermaid silhouette with an irregular hemline to give the illusion of a wrap skirt, the entire bodice of the saree was embellished with pearls on a subtle grey base, while the pale pink pallu draping Kiara’s shoulders added the perfect contrast to her overall ensemble. The sheer pallu was further knotted at the actress’ waist to add emphasis to the diva’s curves.
Kiara, who looked spectacular, was styled by Lakshmi Lehr. Advani kept it glam with hints of pink and nude. She added a pair of gorgeous diamonds on her ears with a matching choker and left her hair loose with structured curls in a yesteryear style.
Janhvi Kapoor dazzles in a peacock-inspired lehenga
Arriving at Ambani’s sangeet, Jhanvi Kapoor She not only caught the eye for her stunning charisma but also for her elegant outfit. The diva wore a peacock-inspired lehenga with a mermaid silhouette.
Jahnvi chose a lehenga that looked striking on the red carpet and featured peacock appliqués all over, embellished with sequins and stones in the same colour palette. The dazzling shades of green and blue looked absolutely stunning as they shimmered under the vibrant light.
Keeping up with her chic and edgy style, Janhvi opted for a chic blouse in the matching colour palette with a sheer neckline with cascading crystals in green and blue. The halter neckline featured a stoned choker which completed the actress’ look and gave a special touch to her ensemble.
Jahnvi, who wore a matching dupatta on her arms, added stud earrings and a pair of diamond rings to further accentuate her look. To give it a glamorous touch, she opted for chiseled and contoured cheeks and a radiant makeup base with nude lips. The charming beauty opted for a half-updo to complete her look.
