On the instructions of the BCCL top management, 16 officials of the Mining and Excavation Department have been transferred. This includes 13 officials from the mining department and three from the excavation department. In this regard, as per the notification issued on Wednesday signed by BCCL Official Establishment Department Manager (Personnel) Abhishek Kumar, three general managers, seven chief managers, two senior managers and one manager-level officer from the Mining Division have been transferred, while one general manager, one senior manager and one deputy manager each have been transferred to the Excavation Department. The transferred officers have been asked to contribute at the new location by September 17. Failing to do so, they will be automatically deemed to be dissolved from September 18.

Meanwhile, MD Hafizul Qureshi, PO of AGM PB Area Project, has taken over the responsibility of AGM of Kusunda Area. Chief Manager (Mining) cum AGM of Lodna Area, Sahdev Manjhi, has been posted as Area Safety Manager of Bastakola Area and Chief Manager (Mining), Anil Kumar Verma, posted at BCCL Headquarters, Safety & Rescue Department, Koyla Bhawan, has been posted as AGM of PB Area. Chief Manager (Mining) RK Sharma, posted in PB area, has been appointed as PO of PB Project, ABOCP Manager of Block 2, Kamalakant Dubey, has been appointed as PO, Jogidih Colliery, Safety Manager of Govindpur Area, Bastakola Area, Mantosh Kundu has been appointed PO of Sedra-Bansjoda and Nichitpur Colliery has left. AGM Bastakola area, Parvez Alam, has been appointed as AGM Lodhna area and Chief Manager (Mining) Ranvijay Singh, posted in Block II area, has been appointed PO of AB OCP of Block II Area. Kankani Colliery Manager Gopal Ji has been transferred as PO of GKKC, Kusunda Area, Senior Manager Vijay Kumar Singh, posted in Barora Area, has been transferred as Manager, Damoda Colliery, AB OCP, Chief Manager, Block-II (Excavation) Pranav Kumar Bera has been transferred to CV Area, AB, Senior Manager (Excavation) Nishant Kumar Srivastava, posted in OCP Block-II Area, has been transferred to Lodna Area and Assistant Manager (Excavation) Mohammad Haider, posted in ABOCP Block-II Area. has been transferred to CB Area.
