Vida Hill Gayi is a new comedy for fun-loving fans starring Divyenndu, New KapilaMukti Mohan, Kabir Bedi and Vanshika Taparia. The series, which will be available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar from August 9, is directed by Prem Mistry.
Writers Jasmeet Singh Bhatia, Suprith Kundar and Akshendra Mishra create a sitcom that divides the urban and the rural and takes the direct route to exoticise rural life and small-town traditions, while criticising city folk and their aspirations.
Divyenndu shares a strange anecdote
In an exclusive conversation with Zoom, actor Divyenndu shared an anecdote about when he went to audition for a big production house and something very strange happened.
Divyenndu shared, “Once, a very big production house wanted me to audition for a role and they called me up and said, ‘We want you for a role and everything, so will you be able to audition? ’ I said yes, why not…
“So instead of giving me actual character material, they sent me to play a very cinematic scene… and they said ‘shows how to do this!’ But I was like This has already happened, so what does it have to do with this movie? They said something like ‘we don’t want to reveal the script but we want to see you act…'” he added.

She further said, “I got angry because you had already seen my talent, that’s why you called me for the audition, right? So, very gracefully, I said no to the audition. I thought: Because this is such a great piece, I don’t want to recreate it…“

On the work front, Divyenndu recently appeared in Kumal Kemmu’s film. Madgaon ExpressIn addition, it has instantlywhich is based on the Bihar Tatkal ticket scam. He has also done a psychological thriller co-starring Radhika Apte which is yet to be titled.
