M3M India sells properties worth Rs 3,911 crore in Q1; up 37% YoY

During the first quarter of this fiscal year, M3M India reported that total sales bookings in Gurugram stood at Rs 2,415 crore, while projects in Noida contributed Rs 402 crore. Residential plot sales in Panipat in Haryana stood at Rs 1,094 crore.

Sudeep Bhatt, President, M3M India, said the company has reported “solid growth in our Q1 2024-25 results, demonstrating our commitment to delivering high-quality services.” real estate solutions”.

“With a robust pipeline of ultra-luxury projects scheduled for launch in FY25, we are confident of maintaining this momentum and continuing to create value for our shareholders,” Bhatt said.

M3M India has 56 projects spread across retail, residential, office, serviced apartments, etc. The company said all its projects launched before 2019 have already been delivered and construction is in full swing on the rest of the projects. It has a land bank of 3,000 acres in Gurugram, Noida and Panipat.

According to housing brokerage firm PropTiger, home sales in Delhi NCR rose 10 per cent in the April-June period this year to 11,065 units from 10,058 units in the previous quarter.
