Maharashtra government takes action against violent protest in Badlapur, 40 people arrested

Badlapur News: A case of sexual exploitation of two girls came to light in a school in Badlapur, Maharashtra. After the revelation of this matter, the local people protested strongly. These protesters vandalized many places, blocked the route and also stopped the local train. Apart from this, the victim girls gathered in front of the school, vandalized it and pelted stones there. Now the Maharashtra government has taken action against this fierce protest. According to the information received, so far the Maharashtra police has registered an FIR against 300 people in this case and 40 people have been arrested. Apart from this, currently the internet services in Badlapur have been stopped and orders have been given to keep the shops closed.

According to officials, additional police force has been deployed in the city to maintain law and order. The situation is getting normal in the city. Following this, the protesters attacked a local school building, following which almost the entire city of Badlapur came to a standstill on Tuesday.
