Maruti Suzuki recently achieved the milestone of setting up 500 NEXA outlets across India and the manufacturer will be expanding its premium retail reach to smaller towns. Maruti Suzuki established Nexa in 2015 as an alternative retail outlet to sell the brand’s more premium and niche models. The manufacturer is now gearing up to set up small-scale Nexa studios that will provide similar services to customers living in tier II and III cities.

Maruti Suzuki Nexa was initially positioned in larger Tier I cities to cater to buyers looking for a more personalized experience when purchasing their vehicles. Nexa showrooms offer a different model of sales and service, more sophisticated and suited to the brand’s high-end models.

Cars sold under the Nexa brand include cars like the Jimny, Grand Vitara, Frontex and Baleno, all of which are positioned as more premium models within their lineup. With Nexa Studio, Maruti Suzuki wants to reach out to a wider group of potential buyers in the country.
