By-elections are going to be held on 10 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. All the political parties have started preparations for this. BSP supremo Mayawati has called a meeting in Lucknow tomorrow i.e. Sunday at 11 am regarding the preparations for the by-elections. BSP officials have been called in this meeting.

The district presidents of the state will also attend the BSP meeting. In this meeting, there will be a discussion with the state officials, zonal in-charges and district presidents about the seats for the by-elections, in which she will also take the party’s zone-wise feedback. Along with this, the BSP supremo can also decide her strategy for the assembly by-elections.

Everyone in BJP got the responsibility of two seats each

A few days ago, the Chief Minister and both Deputy Chief Ministers attended a meeting on preparations for the by-elections at CM residence 5 Kalidas Marg in Lucknow. The Chief Minister, both Deputy Chief Ministers, State President and Organization General Secretary have been given the responsibility of two assembly constituencies each.

CM Yogi will be in charge of Milkipur seat of Ayodhya as well as Katehari seat of Ambedkar Nagar. Keshav Maurya has been given the responsibility of Phulpur and Majhawan seats. Brijesh Pathak has been given the responsibility of Sisamau Mau and Karhal. Similarly, the state president and organization general secretary have also been given two seats each.

The meeting was held in the SP office

Last month, an important meeting was held in the Samajwadi Party office in Lucknow regarding the by-elections. In this, Samajwadi Party chief and Kannauj MP Akhilesh Yadav held a meeting with all the district presidents, in-charges and senior officials of the state. During this, many senior officials including Samajwadi Party’s national general secretary Shivpal Yadav, state president Shyamlal Pal, Ayodhya MP Awadhesh Prasad, Ram Govind Chaudhary, Rajendra Chaudhary were present.

By-election will be held on 10 seats of UP

Assembly elections are to be held on 10 seats in UP. The Sisamau seat in Kanpur has fallen vacant after Samajwadi Party MLA Irfan Solanki was sentenced. Apart from this, by-elections are being held after the MLAs of 9 seats were elected as MPs. Out of these, 5 seats Karhal, Sisamau, Milkipur, Katehari and Kundarki were with the Samajwadi Party till now. Apart from this, Khair, Ghaziabad and Phulpur seats were with the BJP while Majhwa Nishad Party and Meerapur were with RLD.
