NEET PG Counselling 2024: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) may very soon release the NEET PG counselling schedule for all India quota seats. The NEET PG counselling dates and registration link can be seen on mcc.nic.in. MCC had recently shared two updates related to disability certificate and change of nationality status from Indian to NRI. MCC usually conducts NEET PG counselling in three rounds – All India Quota Round 1, All India Quota Round 2 and All India Quota Round 3. After this, there are vacancy forfeit rounds for the remaining seats.

Candidates appearing for NEET PG and who have qualified for the All India Quota seats on the basis of their rank will be eligible for fifty percent (50%) of the AIQ seats in the Central University.

What will happen in the counseling process?

1- Registration for the main consultation will entail the payment of a non-refundable fee and a refundable guarantee amount (it will be refunded only to the account from which the payment was made).

2- Complete the election and lock the election.

3) Seat allocation process Round-1

4) Publication of Round 1 result on MCC website, mandatory uploading of required documents on MCC website for candidates for allotted seats.

5) Physical report at the Faculty of Medicine/Dentistry assigned along with the original documents from Round 1 (One).

6) Candidates who have been assigned seats in the first (1) round may opt for free exit and participate directly in the second round.

7) Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round One (1) can opt for their desire to progress from Round 1 to Round 2 only after physically reporting to the university/institute.

8) If a registered candidate is not assigned a seat in the First Round (1), he or she may participate directly in the Second Round without having to register again.

9) Candidates who wish to upgrade from Round 1 to Round 2 must report to the assigned institute/university with the original documents of Round 1 and complete the admission formalities. During this period, if the candidate wishes to upgrade, he/she will have to apply for the upgrade at the university.
