The video was shared by activist Deepika Narayan Bhardwaj, who wrote, “A girl studying at a school on Yari Road in Mumbai is mercilessly beaten by a gang of girls.” In an effort to alert the Mumbai Police about the attack, she also tagged her official account on X.
Following the video’s release, many people have taken to the Internet to demand action against the gang of girls who took part in the assault. However, neither the date of the incident nor the existence of official charges against the girls involved have been established.
