The company has also unveiled official images of the new SUV. New design elements include a bold front bumper, bonnet design, skid plate and dark chrome grille. New H-shaped LED daytime running lights and quad-beam LED headlamps enhance its distinguished look, complemented by 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, black cladding and bridge-type roof rails. The rear design emphasises a wider, taller and more futuristic look. Distinctive connected LED taillights, a new tailgate, a spoiler with integrated brake light and a redesigned bumper and skid plate complete the SUV’s modern aesthetic.

New Hyundai Alcázar: Interior and features

The new Alcazar will feature a host of updated features inside the cabin. The company added that it will come equipped with over 70 connected car features and a 6 and 7-seat option. In terms of safety, the car will feature over 70 safety features, including 40 standard features and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for superior occupant protection.

The Alcazar will be powered by a 1.5 Turbo GDi petrol engine with 6-speed manual and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission options. Additionally, a 1.5 U2 CRDi diesel engine will be available with 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options.
