Fake IPS Zoya Khan arrested: In a major action, Noida Police arrested Zoya Khan, an accused woman turned fake IAS/IPS/IFS officer. Zoya Khan is accused of using fake calls to pressure various police and government officials and presenting herself as a superior officer. According to the police, Zoya several times pretended to be a fake officer before senior officers and police officers and pressured them to help her.
The incident came to light when Zoya Khan contacted the SHO of Sector 142 police station through a fake call. He pressured her to plead guilty in a case by posing as a senior Noida official. Police later investigated the matter further and found that the call was made through a server in Dubai.
He used to threaten on calls by posing as a fake officer.
Apart from this, the accused woman also threatened the complainant named Abhishek Jain by calling him from fake numbers of RAW and Anti-Corruption Bureau. He warned Abhishek that if he pleaded guilty in the case, he would be implicated in false cases and sent to prison.
The investigation also revealed that Zoya Khan used the Magic Call app to speak in a man’s voice and dominate people. Through this application, he often deceived senior officials and put pressure on them through fake calls.
The police used to require an escort
According to the police, Zoya Khan had earlier appeared for the UPSC exam but after failing, she resorted to this type of fraud. She has even asked for police escort in Noida, Gurugram and Meerut, posing as a fake IAS and IPS officer. After his fraudulent activities were exposed at the three places, cases were registered against him at Bisrakh police station in Noida, Civil Lines police station in Meerut and DLF Sector 29 police station in Gurugram. .
An AIS also involved in fraud
Further investigations are underway into this matter and the police are investigating whether other people are also involved in this fraud. Furthermore, during the investigation the name of an All India Service (AIS) officer, whose role is being investigated, has also come to light.
Zoya Khan’s arrest has alerted security agencies in and around Noida and this hoax has created quite a stir among the police and the administration. Police are taking strict action to get to the bottom of this matter and demanding strict punishment against the accused woman.
