NTA scrapped the result released on Friday, published revised result on Saturday, cancelled 42 results without informing, Career News

The Medical Advisory Committee (MCC) released a notification on the website on Saturday evening releasing the revised all-India seat allotment with a 15 per cent all-India quota based on the rank of NEET UG-2024.

Also, the allotment released on Friday evening has been withdrawn. The revised result has been declared after restricting 43 students. This includes allotment for MBBS seats of AIIMS Institute, Central University, Deemed University, ESIC AFMC Pune Medical College and Central Institutes of Nursing. MCC has issued a notice for the information of all the candidates that the Revised Provisional Result II for NEET-UG Counselling Round 1 is now available on the website. It also mentioned that after the declaration of provisional results, the National Testing Agency had excluded 43 NEET-UG candidates on the basis of a letter.

Therefore, after excluding 43 candidates, the revised result has been declared afresh. Any discrepancy in the result may be immediately reported to the MCC of DGHS before 11:00 am on 25th August at the email ID: [email protected]. After which the provisional result will be considered final.

Candidates cannot claim any right over the seat allotted in the provisional result and the provisional result cannot be challenged in court. Candidates are therefore advised to contact the allotted university/institute only after the declaration of the final result and after downloading the allotment letter from the MCC website.
