I had a very dear friend called Zubair. I met him in college during my first year. And he was the first person I spoke to. We became friends because we would take the first train from Andheri to Kolaba every day. And then we would hang out together and come back. He was from Gujarat… full of life, full of love. So much to give. And then the bomb blast happened on the train. He was in that compartment. His religion had nothing to do with it. And we lost him. It’s painful.”

Patralekhaa on being booed as a teenager
