PM Modi spoke about the “development of all”. “India today is with all and thinks of the interests of all,” he said. The 73-year-old added that if any country faces a crisis, India is the first country to which it extends a helping hand.
“Wherever there is an earthquake or any disaster in the world, India has only one mantra: humanity first.”
