PM Modi to distribute over 100,000 appointment letters at Rozgar Mela today

Prime minister Narendra Modi will distribute over one lakh appointment letters to the new recruits on Monday through video conferencing.

The Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of Phase I of the Karmayogi Bhavan Integrated Complex in the national capital.

This complex will promote collaboration and synergy between the various pillars of the Karmayogi Mission.

Prime minister Modify will distribute over 1 lakh appointment letters to the newly inducted on February 12 at 10:30 am through video conferencing, according to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

He Job Fair It will take place in 47 locations across the country.

Recruitments are being conducted in the Central Government Departments and State Governments/Union Territories supporting this initiative. The new recruits will join the Government in various Ministries/Departments namely Department of Revenue, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Higher Education, Department of Atomic Energy, Ministry of Defence, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Tribal Affairs and Ministry of Railways in various positions, the statement said. Rozgar Mela is a step towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s commitment to give top priority to employment generation in the country.

Rozgar Mela is expected to boost employment generation and provide lucrative opportunities to the youth for their empowerment and direct participation in national development, the statement said.

The new appointees will also get an opportunity to undergo training through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module on the iGOT Karmayogi portal, where over 880 e-learning courses have been made available in ‘anywhere, any device’ learning format.
