  • 2 cups chickpea flour
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 7 to 8 small cardamoms
  • half a pan of oil

how to do

  • To make gram flour boondi, first prepare the gram flour batter.
  • To prepare the chickpea flour dough, add a little water to the chickpea flour and prepare a soft dough. Pay special attention to ensure that there are no lumps in the dough.
  • Beat this solution for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Leave this solution for 15 minutes to allow the chickpea flour to swell properly.
  • To make the syrup, put 3 cups of sugar in a container.
  • For 3 cups of sugar, add one and a half cups of water to the container.
  • Now turn on the gas and cook the syrup until the sugar dissolves.
  • Make cardamom powder by grinding 7 to 8 cardamoms and add this cardamom powder to the prepared syrup.
  • Now add a tablespoon of oil to the boondi solution and whisk it.
  • To fry the boondi, heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Now pour one or two tablespoons of the batter on the rack or grid and with its help add a few drops of gram flour in the oil and fry on medium flame.
  • When the Bundi turns light brown in color, fry it and remove it from the pan.
  • Now put the prepared drops into the syrup.
  • Now you can remove it from the syrup and serve.
