After completing the Integrated Teacher Education Program, candidates can become primary school teachers. In such a situation, candidates who want to become primary teachers can complete this 4-year program which will be organized every year for admission into the IETP course. Candidates will be assigned universities according to their rank. On the basis of the entrance examination, students will be able to take admission in B.Sc B.Ed, BA B.Ed and B.Com B.Ed courses.
As per the new education policy, the ITP course has been made mandatory; Afterwards, only candidates who have completed the IETP course will be able to participate in the recruitment of primary school teachers. Under the pilot project, this course was also started in many universities this year.
Primary teacher without BEd check
The 4-year B.Ed course will be taught by the National Council for Teacher Education i.e. NCET. This course is called IETP, now all candidates who want to become teachers will be able to enter.
