Prime Minister Modi in Gujarat: PM Modi participated in many programmes during his visit to Gujarat on Monday. He inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of many projects worth billions of rupees. Apart from this, he also inaugurated Namo Metro Rail. I also did a road show during PM Modi’s tour of Gujarat. In Ahmedabad, PM Modi performed a road show in an open-top vehicle. PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several development projects worth over Rs 8,000 crore on Monday.

During his visit to Gujarat, PM Modi also participated in the fourth edition of the Re-Invest 2024 programme in Gandhinagar. He said that his government is working in all fields for the rapid progress of the country in the first 100 days of its third term. He said that not only the countrymen but the entire world feels that India is the best place for the 21st century. PM Modi said that in the first 100 days of the third term of the central government, one can see our priorities, speed and scale. We have tried to pay attention to all the spheres and factors required for the rapid progress of the country. PM Modi said that India is laying the foundation for the growth of the next 1,000 years and our aim is not just to reach the top but to maintain this position.

Prime Minister Modi reiterated his determination to become the third largest economy.
In the programme, PM Modi said that 140 crore Indians have pledged to make the country the third largest economy in the world. He said that when the history of the 21st century is written, the chapter of India’s solar revolution will be written in golden letters. PM Modi said that India understands its energy needs to become a developed nation by 2047 and since the country does not have its own oil and gas resources, we have decided to build our future on the basis of solar, wind, nuclear and hydro power. I have done so. The Prime Minister said that his government has taken several important decisions in the field of green energy, including the Viability Gap Financing Scheme for Marine Green Energy Projects with an outlay of Rs 7,000 crore and approval of over Rs 12,000 crore for hydro power generation of 31,000 MW. inclusive.

PM Modi flags off the first meter of Vande
During his Gujarat tour, PM Modi flagged off India’s first Vande Metro and several Vande Bharat trains from Bhuj to Ahmedabad. These include Nagpur to Secunderabad, Kolhapur to Pune, Agra Cantt to Banaras, Durg to Visakhapatnam, Pune to Hubli and the first 20 trains. Apart from marking the commencement of the metro train service on the new route, PM Modi also travelled on the metro train from Gandhinagar Sector 1 station to GIFT City. Gujarat Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel also accompanied PM Modi during the metro ride. During the journey, Modi interacted with students and other passengers present in the metro.

This project, developed by Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) in collaboration with the state and central governments, will expand the metro rail network. This new Metro Rail route will connect important places like GNLU, PDEU, GIFT City, Raison, Randeson, Dholkuwa, Infocity and Sector-1 between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The new phase from Motera to Sector-1 of Gandhinagar will connect important hubs like Gifty City, providing convenience to professionals, students and tourists. with language input
