Psychopath who killed six women arrested

Bareilly: Police have arrested the accused who murdered six women one by one in Bareilly, UP. The SSP Bareilly had released sketches of three people suspected in connection with the murder. Pictures of the sketch describing him as a psychopath were published from villages to cities. Police arrested one person on Friday. The arrested youth has confessed to the murder of 6 women.

He was violent towards women

According to SSP Bareilly, the name of the arrested accused is Kuldeep Gangwar. He is a resident of Nawabganj. During interrogation, Kuldeep said that his family is into agriculture. The father has died. When he was young, his mother also died. After this, the stepmother who came there misbehaved with her. She did not give food to Kuldeep. She used to try to strangle him by fighting while talking. Due to this, violence and anger towards women increased.

I used to look for prey carefully

SP said that Kuldeep (Psycho Killer) used to go out during the day after deciding his target. Wherever there was a deserted place, he used to trap women there. After this, he would strangle her with her own saree or dupatta. Replying to a question, he said that Kuldeep is not mentally ill. He consumes drugs and is very careful while targeting women and killing them. Sickle, blouse piece, lipstick, bindi, Aadhaar card etc., which were taken after murder of women, have been recovered from him. Voter card, lipstick, bindi, Premwati’s sickle, Dhanwati’s Aadhar card and Mahmudan’s sickle have been recovered from deceased Anita Devi. These psycho killers take things as trophies after murder.

The wife also left

Kuldeep had married a Bengali woman. But she too left him and went away. The wife had accused him of being violent, often fighting with her and trying to strangle her. Due to these habits of Kuldeep, his wife left him. Kuldeep told the police that the women he attacked were all middle-aged. Earlier he used to talk to them and start abusing them. After this, as soon as he got a chance, he would strangle them to death.

22 teams committed to the search operation

According to SSP Anurag Arya, a search operation was launched to uncover the murder of women (Bareilly Murder News). 22 teams were deployed in it. Informants and the public were asked for help. The sketch was made with the help of a woman. When the sketch was published on August 6, information started pouring in. To clarify this matter, advice from a doctor, psychologist and forensic expert was taken. Following this, Kuldeep Gangwar, a resident of Bakarganj Samua under Nawabganj police station, was arrested.
