A woman from Punjab has sparked a debate on social media after sharing her experience with a “toxic boss”. She posted on LinkedIn that her company had fired her for standing up for employees’ rights. In response, the company accused the woman of playing the victim and seeking undue pity. It also claimed that she was not diligent in her work and often used work hours to help her daughter with her homework.
