In fact, the Rajasthan government is running a special scheme to promote employment and animal husbandry in the state. The name of this scheme of the Rajasthan government is Rajasthan Government Goat Husbandry Scheme.
50 to 60 percent subsidy
Rajasthan Bakri Palan Yojana Through this scheme, a subsidy of 50 to 60 percent will be provided to the farmers for goat rearing. If you are a resident of Rajasthan and want to start a business, you can soon apply for this scheme and avail the benefits. Through this scheme, small farmers in the state will get loans ranging from Rs 5 to Rs 50 lakh for their businesses. This loan is divided into different categories. Based on which, you will get a subsidy ranging from 50 to 60 percent.
Documents required to apply
To apply for this scheme, you need to have an Aadhar card, caste certificate, residence certificate, passport-sized photograph, land-related documents, animal husbandry training certificate, bank passbook and mobile number. After this, you will need to fill the application form and submit it to the office along with all the important documents and get it acknowledged. After this process, the department will review your application and documents and if they are correct, you will be granted the benefit of the scheme.
