Item number 13 of the notification issued for the said recruitment, the amendment process in online application, is replaced by the following:

If any candidate wants to make any modifications in his/her online application, after conducting the examination, he/she can make the modifications in the online application by paying the prescribed fee of Rs 300/-. In the online application, the candidate will not be allowed to change the photo, signature and information entered by him/her at the time of OTR, the remaining entries can be modified.

Candidates can make modifications in the educational qualification only during the online modification period. After this, no modification will be made in the name of the Board/University, roll number, year of passing, etc. in the educational qualification column. As per the office order dated 27.07.2023 issued by the Board, only one-time modification in educational qualification has been allowed in the Single Register (OTR) for online application. Firstly, candidates need to make the desired modifications in the educational qualifications in their OTR. Candidates need to fill the online application only after making the modifications.

If the candidate has applied for the online recruitment application, then in such a situation, in order to modify the educational qualification, the candidate will have to first modify his/her own educational qualification on the OTR page. Due to this, the option to modify that educational qualification will be available in his/her online application. The application will be available during the modification period, using which he/she will be able to make the desired modification in the educational qualification. The process of depositing the prescribed fee for the modification in the online application will be same as the process of applying offline.

If there is any error in the online application of any candidate, then after conducting the examination, he/she will be given a fixed time to correct the error online during which the candidate will be able to correct the error in his/her online application online. The information regarding the date and time of modification in the online application will be provided separately through the website of the Board. Within the time stipulated above, the candidate will be able to make modifications in his/her online application by paying the prescribed modification fee of Rs. 300/- similar to the online application process.
