In the video that surfaced online, it can be seen that an altercation broke out between the two and the retired paramilitary officer attacked the MP. The police arrested the accused. The video is being widely shared on social media platforms. Chaudhary grabbed the MP by the collar of his kurta. He was then beaten up by Khan’s supporters present at the spot.

The entire incident was captured on camera. After getting the information, the police swung into action and arrested the retired paramilitary officer. A detailed investigation has been initiated into the matter.
Khan is currently serving as a legislator from the Adarsh Nagar constituency. In July this year, the Congress appointed him as the assembly caucus chief. Meanwhile, Chaudhary has opted for the voluntary retirement scheme (VRS) in 2021.
