Although these things may not work for everyone, this woman took to her Instagram account where she shared her ‘weight loss secrets’ that made her lose 20 kgs. Vaanya Badola shared a video of her diet chart and exercise regimen that she followed constantly for an entire week.

Vaanya claims that she followed it for three months, which helped her lose 20 kilos. “The ultimate weekly program for beginners. I lost 20kg in just 3 months when I followed it. Save or take screenshots and let me know if you follow it and how it goes,” reads an excerpt from his post.

Here is his diet and exercise program:

Monday:

He started his week with jumping jacks, sit-ups, planks, and bodyweight squats.

Diet plan: I preferred to make a salad made up of carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats and lots of vegetables.

Tuesday:

For Tuesday, Vaanya chose a low-impact workout consisting of walking and running.

Diet Plan: For his diet, he had a protein-rich breakfast with cottage cheese, granolas, bananas, blueberries, and honey.

Wednesday:

For Vaanya, Wednesday was dedicated to leg training with jumping jacks, jumping jacks, burpees, jump squats, sumo squats, lunges, calf raises and stair rounds.

Diet plan: A vegetable-rich meal was consumed for breakfast and lunch, while a protein-rich dish was chosen for dinner.

Thursday:

Thursday was for cardio and upper body exercises. He stated that cardio is not enough to keep the body fit and well; It is important to tone your muscles with push-ups.

Diet Plan: He followed an extensive eating plan packed with protein, carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, and milk.

Friday:

Fridays were for training your arms, and the best way to do it is with dips, jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups, shadow strikes, planks, and triceps dips.

Saturday:

Even though it was the first day of the weekend, Vaanya didn’t stop. He dedicated this day to getting rid of his beer belly with this exercise: ladder rounds, jumping jacks, jumping jacks, burpees, buddies, jump twists, Russian twists, and side planks.

Diet Plan: Saturday was considered a cheat day: carbohydrates were avoided and protein was consumed.

Sunday:
