Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has said that the team must put in a “good” performance and win their next league game. Real Madrid will face Real Valladolid in their next league game on Sunday at their home stadium, Santiago Bernabeu. In the pre-match press conference, Ancelotti said that it is important for the team to play in front of their fans.
“It’s always important to play at our stadium. We’re really looking forward to coming back because we haven’t played there for a long time. We have to play a good game, win the match and have a good day,” Ancelotti said on Real Madrid’s official website.

“We have prepared well for this week’s game. We have worked on what did not go well in the game against Mallorca. We have fully understood what happened and we have tried to fix it. It will be a good test against Valladolid,” he added.
Asked about their previous game in the league, the Italian coach said that Los Blancos lacked “balance” against Mallorca.
“We have lacked balance at times and we need to work on that. It is not difficult to find the problem and, when it is clear, it helps to find the solution,” he added.
It’s Real Madrid’s first home game this season and they will be looking to impress the Bernabeu fans after a slow start to the season. Kylian Mbappe and Co will be looking to dominate the game as they are expected to do. Their arch-rivals FC Barcelona recorded their second win from two games with a 2-1 comeback win over their opponent in their last league game.
