He Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, NVS Registration for Class 6 admissions in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas is scheduled to end on September 23. The registration link is active for JNV admission for the academic session 2025-26. Interested students who have not applied yet should make sure to register as soon as possible to avoid any last-minute rush. Admission to JNVST Class 6 The form must be submitted in navodaya.gov.in

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas is a chain of premier co-educational residential schools affiliated to CBSE. The schools have been known for years for their quality education and focus on holistic development. Students will be admitted in the sixth grade through a merit-based selection process known as Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). The Phase 1 exam will be held in November and Phase 2 in January. The admit cards for the same exam are expected last week in October. The result is expected to be released in February.

NVST Class 6 Admission 2025: Steps to Apply Online

  1. Visit the official website – navodaya.gov.in
  2. On the home page, select the link that says “Click here to submit online application form for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Class VI Selection Test 2025”
  3. On the redirected page, click on the registration link and fill in the required details.
  4. Upload the documents in the prescribed format and pay the application fees.
  5. Please submit the form and keep it printed for future reference.

NVS Class 6 Admission 2025: Documents Required for Enrollment

  1. Candidate’s signature (signature size must be between 10 and 100 kb)
  2. Parents’ signature (signature size must be between 10 and 100 kb)
  3. Photograph of the candidate (image size must be between 10 and 100 kb)
  4. Certificate signed by the parent and the candidate and verified by the director (image size must be between 50 and 300 kb)
  5. Residence certificate of the father issued by the competent government authority if the candidate does not have Aadhaar number

The official notice mentions that a candidate can apply for the JNVST only once. During verification of registration details, if it is found that the candidate has applied in previous years, his/her candidature will be rejected. For more details, one can go to the official website.
