Registration for UP NEET UG 2024 counselling course extended till September 19

The Director General of Medical Education and Training (DGME) has updated the schedule for round 2 of the Uttar Pradesh National Eligibility Entrance Test – Undergraduate (UP NEET AND) counselling as per Medical Advisory Committee (MCC). Eligible candidates interested in MBBS and BDS courses can register on the official website, upneet.gov.in.

The merit list, originally scheduled for 15 September, will now be released on 20 September 2024. Shortlisted candidates can complete their choices online from 23 to 26 September 2024, provided they have completed document verification and paid the security deposit.

The results of the second round of placements will be announced on 28 September 2024, followed by the download of placement letters and the admission process from 30 September to 5 October 2024. In addition, the deadline for registration and filling out the options has been extended to 19 September 2024.

If you have not registered yet, make sure to apply on the website portal before the deadline. The application requires a fee of Rs 2,000, along with a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for government seats, Rs 200,000 for private medical colleges and Rs 100,000 for private dental colleges.
