Rhea talks about ‘depression and darkness’
Rhea shared her experience of the first two weeks in prison and said it was very difficult to adjust. It took her a while to accept what had happened.
“Actually, during the first two weeks I was there, I had a hard time adjusting to this situation, because nobody believes that they are going to jail. Once you are there, it takes a long time to understand that this has happened. Obviously, I experienced deep depression and darkness… Now you have really negative thoughts. I have always been a very cheerful and positive person, like deliriously optimistic,” he added.
Fight against darkness
Recalling her struggle with darkness, Reha said she began doing dance and yoga To fight the darkness. Talking about other female inmates, the Bollywood actress said that some of them had no hope, they had lost hope in their lives and had given up. She decided to start teaching yoga and dance inside the jail and started giving classes for them.
As for her ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput, she denied all the allegations levelled by the late actor’s family.
