RRB NTPC 2024: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) will close the online application process for Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) postgraduate posts today, October 20. Eligible candidates can apply for RRB NTPC 2024 at rrbapply.gov.in. Previously, the application deadline was October 13, which has been extended for all candidates.
The application period for RRB NTPC Y The positions have also expanded. Earlier, the last date to apply for undergraduate posts was October 20, but as per the revised schedule, application forms can be submitted up to October 27.

These are the important dates RRB NTPG Graduate Candidates must know:
Last date to apply: October 20
Fee payment date after the application deadline closes: October 21-22
Editing window: October 23 to 30.
For undergraduate positions:
Last date to apply: October 27
Fee payment date after the application deadline closes: October 28-29
Editing window: October 30 to November 6.
During the editing window, candidates will not be able to make changes to the details entered in the ‘create an account’ form or to the RRB options.
This recruitment is carried out for a total of 11,558 postgraduate and undergraduate vacancies. Of these, 3,445 are for university-level positions and 8,113 are for graduate-level positions.
Vacancies for postgraduate positions are-
Commercial Head and Entry Supervisor: 1,736 vacancies
Station Chief: 994 vacancies
Responsible for Freight Train: 3,144 seats
Junior Accounts Assistant and Typist: 1,507 vacancies
Senior clerk and typist: 732 vacancies
Total: 8,113
Vacancies for undergraduate positions are-
Commercial cum Box Office: 2,022 vacancies
Account clerk and typist: 361 vacancies
Junior clerk and typist: 990 vacancies
Train employee: 72 vacancies
Total: 3,445
To apply for RRB NTPC, candidates from Women, SC, ST, Disabled, Transgender, Ex-Servicemen, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes (EBC) are required to pay $250.
All other candidates must pay an application fee $500.
A portion of this application fee, after deducting bank charges, will be refunded to all candidates appearing for the Computer Based Test (CBT).
