RRB Technician Recruitment: The Railway Contracting Boards (RRB) will close the application window for Hiring of technicians 2024 today, October 16. Interested candidates can apply for the 14,298 vacancies at rrbapply.gov.in.
On October 2, the RRB reopened the application period for Technician positions following the addition of more vacancies to the recruitment drive. Candidates who have not previously applied are given another opportunity to submit their forms and existing candidates can edit some details on their application forms.
Existing candidates can apply for newly added categories and already notified categories for which they did not opt earlier. They will also be allowed to modify their preferences. These candidates are not required to pay any additional fees.
Candidates who did not apply earlier, those who applied but did not pay the fee and those who applied for Category 1 (Technical Grade 1) and did not apply for Technical Grade 3 will be treated as new candidates.
New candidates can apply for all positions in categories 2 to 40.
The application form correction window for technical vacancies will open on October 17 and close on the 21st. During the editing window, new candidates will be able to edit their forms according to the conditions established in the call.

Existing candidates will be able to edit the following details: educational qualification, area and position preferences, photo and signature.
