RSS All India Coordination Meeting Begins in Kerala with Key Leaders and 300 Participants | India News

The All-India Coordination Meeting of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) began in Palakkad, Kerala on Saturday and will continue till September 2. This important event brings together key figures like RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, General Secretary Dattatreya Hosabale and other senior national functionaries.

With around 300 participants, including leaders from various RSS-affiliated organisations, the meeting is the first national Samanvay Baithak to be held in Kerala. The agenda includes discussion of the latest national developments, social transformation schemes and enhancing mutual cooperation among the organisations. The meeting also highlights the ongoing relief efforts of the RSS in response to the recent landslide in Wayanad.

The meeting was also attended by key leaders of various RSS-affiliated organisations, including Rashtriya Sevika Samiti Chief Officer Shantakka; Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram President Sita Annadanam; VK Chaturvedi, Chairman, Ex-Servicemen Service Council Lt. Gen. (retd) VK Chaturvedi; Akhil Bharatiya Grahak Panchayat President Narayan Bhai Shah; Vishwa Hindu Parishad President Alok Kumar; VHP General Secretary Bajrang Bagra; Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad Organising Secretary Ashish Chauhan; Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda; BJP Organising General Secretary BL Santosh; Vidya Bharati President Ramkrishna Rao; Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh President Hiranmya Pandya; Arogya Bharati President Dr Rakesh Pandit, among others.

In total, about 300 participants including national presidents, secretaries of organisations, key functionaries and women representatives of 32 RSS-inspired organisations were present at the event.

While several national RSS meetings have already been held in Kerala, this is the first national Samanvay Baithak to be held in the state. The three-day meeting, usually held annually, began with a briefing on the recent landslide in Wayanad, highlighting the relief and service work done by RSS volunteers.

At the beginning of the meeting, all the representatives were briefed about the recent landslide in Wayanad and the relief and service work done by the volunteers. Throughout the meeting, workers from various organisations will share their work experiences and exchange ideas.

In addition, discussions will focus on various national interests, including the current situation, recent significant developments, and different aspects of social change and planning. The organizations will also discuss measures to enhance mutual cooperation and coordination on various issues.

According to the RSS, a nationwide social transformation is being planned in the year of its centenary, based on Panch Parivartan – social harmony, family awakening, environmental issues, national autonomy and civic duties. These initiatives will also be discussed at the meeting.
