SATHEE ICAR platform launched for ICAR UG entrance exam preparation

IIT Kanpur: The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK) has launched a new platform called ‘SATHEE ICAR’, which is specifically designed to help students prepare for the entrance exams for the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) undergraduate programmes.

The aim of SATHEE is to prepare for competitive exams.

Developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the ‘SATHEE’ platform aims to empower students across the country by providing them with free and high-quality educational resources for various competitive exams. Even before this, IIT Kanpur launched the Saathi platform for the preparation of JEE, NEET and SSC.

SATHEE ICAR will encourage progress in the field of agriculture

This time the aim of launching the ICAR-centric platform is to encourage youngsters to take a step forward in the field of agriculture. Students will be provided with a wide range of study material on the SATHEE ICAR platform, including recorded lectures by IIT faculty, live interactive sessions with subject experts, and an extensive library of practice questions organized topic-wise. Students will also have access to AI-based analytics that will monitor their learning progress and highlight areas that need improvement. Along with this, a personal study plan will be proposed to students based on their performance and progress. The SATHEE ICAR platform includes a variety of mock tests that allow students to assess their performance against their peers internationally. Students can access SATHEE ICAR by visiting the website https://icar.iitk.ac.in or by downloading the SATHEE app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) conducts entrance examinations for undergraduate programs in agriculture and allied sciences at many prestigious institutions in the country. These examinations provide admission to over 70 prestigious colleges and universities such as the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) and the Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CEFE).
